The 2023 list of Best Employers for Diversity was selected based on a survey by Forbes and Statista. It was taken by about 45,000 employees across the U.S. with companies that have a minimum of 1,000 employees. The employees were asked to anonymously rate their respective organizations based on several areas, including age, gender, ethnicity, disability, diversity and LGBTQ+ equality. Participants from underrepresented groups were also asked to recommend businesses other than their own. The diversity-related best practices outlined by each company were then reviewed and incorporated into the rankings. 久久视频 ranks #144 out of the top 500 companies.
